By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms of service.

I have the right to decline or refuse a commission for any reason.

Payment MUST be made upfront. After I receive payment, I will begin the commission.

Refunds are permitted up until I begin the coloring [Flats] stage. After that point, refunds are no longer available.

However, for whatever reason, if I need to cancel the commission on my end; you will receive a full refund.

During the sketching period, any amount of revisions is allowed. Once the line art and base colors are completed, only limited revisions are permitted ( adding small objects/details, changing colors, etc. )

I do NOT work with deadlines.

Wait time can vary. You will receive an estimate of how long your commission will take. (Usually, around 3 weeks to a month after the commission was placed. The most would be 6 months at max.)

None of my work can be used for commercial purposes/for profit. (printing to sell, making merch, etc.)

Any commissioned work is for personal use ONLY. Using any commissioned work for private and personal merch is permitted. (making a personal keychain to use on a bag, printing out stickers to use for a journal, etc.) But it must be mentioned beforehand that you intended to use my work in that way.

I still own the right to all of my work. You may NOT claim my work as your own, and when re-uploading my art, you MUST credit me.. (when using it as an icon, banner, etc.)I can upload the commission onto any of my socials unless stated otherwise.

You may NOT majorly alter my art in any way. (Small edits like cropping, adding text, and filters are fine)

Do NOT heavily reference or trace my art.

My watermark/signature may NOT be removed or altered in any way.

My work may NOT be used for any AI or NFTs.

Please include at least two forms of communication when commissioning me.

This is to ensure that I have a way to contact you to discuss anything related to your commission.

I will update you with pictures of your commission after the [Final sketch] and [Flats] stages, but you are welcome to ask for updates on your commission at any time.

Please do not spam message me asking for updates, this will result in a cancellation of your commission.

[Base sketch]: This is the first phase of the drawing, this is where the general pose, anatomy, and perspective of the drawing are set.

[Final sketch]: This is the second phase of the drawing, this is where the overall design and details are finalized (critique is welcomed and encouraged during this stage.)

[Clean sketch/lineart]: This is the second phase of the drawing, this is where the overall design and details are finalized (critique is welcomed and encouraged during this stage.)

[Flats]: This is the fourth phase of the drawing, and the first stage of coloring, this is when the base colors are added to the drawing. Refunds are no longer available once I've begun this stage.

[Shading/Rendering]: This is the fith phase of the drawing, and the secound stage of coloring, this is when the shadows, highlights, and extra details are added.

[Clean up]: This is the final stage of the drawing, minor edits are made, backgrounds are added, and the drawing is finalized.
